O Adhering to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws. O Keeping up to date with current promotions and new products. O Assisting in keeping the bar clean and tidy at all times. O Maximising sales through product knowledge and 'up selling' in a positive and friendly manner. O Checking identification of customers to verify age requirements where necessary. O Assisting the bar manager in all areas when required. O Serving and presenting beverages, quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the customer experience.

Maintain excellent time keeping and attendance.

Be immaculately dressed in all black with tops provided by the Company.

Carry out all reasonable requests asked of you by the General Manager and/or the Director.

Ensure the bar and table surfaces are clean and dry at all times.

To assist the bartender to take orders and deliver drinks at peak trading times.

Collect empty glasses from the bar and tables, wash and re stack.

Maintain clean cloths in each bartender's station.

Ensuring sufficient glassware on premises.

Re-stock garnishes, fruit trays, straws, napkins and mixers.

Maintain and change draught beers when required.

Replenish bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware and juices when required.

To ensure that there is always enough back up stock.

To facilitate and support the bartender to ensure the bar runs efficiently and is adequately stocked Please only apply if you are able to do this type of role.
